Pretty swank building for a state populated by
a mere 2 million people. Swankness is not extended to the design,
care, and maintenance of the "important" facilities, however.
Stalls had more in common with a bus terminal--plugged up
glory holes, signs of vandalism, etc. Graffiti that read
"Jeanette Smith got fucked here..." Despite the amount of
foot traffic in the building, I was left undisturbed for
the duration of the delivery.
